Some of you may remember... about ten years ago I filmed and produced a video entitled "Music and Vision for Relaxation". I spent a year or so travelling Australia, capturing video footage of beautiful, natural scenes. Then I set the visuals to music from several of my existing albums. This video proved to be very popular. The video has also been used in hospitals, waiting rooms and even dentists' surgeries every since.

However over the past year or so many people have been asking for it to be released on DVD. Thing is, even though it was all shot on broadcast quality Betacam, the early digital editing systems of that time weren't really up to DVD standard. The images are gorgeous, but the final master was really only intended for VHS production.

So... I decided to go back into the editing suite, recut all the footage and produce it in a much higher quality. And of course, set it to new music!

Watching the gentle, flowing images inspired me to compose an entirely new soundtrack... and I am happy to say it is coming very well.

Thus was born the concept for my new upcoming album Complete Calm. You will find a sneak preview from two of the tracks here for you to demo. While you listen to it, see if you can imagine slow motion waterfalls, birds frollicking and diving under water, ocean sunrises and hidden forests. I will upload more samples next month, plus some previews of the vision.
We hope to have Complete Calm, both the CD and the DVD, ready for you purchase by October/November. (Please note that the artwork you see on the right may not be the final design).

By the way, for those of you asking about the other demo tracks that I have been uploading over the last year... "Looking Through My Window" etc... don't worry, they are all going to feature on another album, at this stage titled "In a Heartland". But more on that later...
